Refund & Cancellation Policy

Deposits secure your place in our schedule and cover initial strategy and planning work. Specific refund terms are defined in each project agreement.

If you cancel a project, you'll be invoiced for work completed up to the cancellation date.

Care plans can be cancelled with written notice as outlined in your agreement. Payments for the current billing period are non-refundable.
